3 Legs Ltd offers a broad range of website maintenance and support services which are available for both existing and new websites. We also offer to manage and maintain your website even if 3 Legs Ltd did not design and build it. Our maintenance and support services include anything from simple changes in text content, general maintenance, graphical changes, and technical assistance right up to incorporating the latest technology into your website. Our services are professional and reliable and with the knowledge and expertise we have accumulated over the years we are geared specifically to take care of all your web support needs and maintenance.

Maintaining your website every month ensures that it complies with the latest technological developments and our services are particularly crucial for companies and businesses who do not have their own in-house web support staff to keep their websites well maintained and constantly up to date.

Detailed below are our 4 standard packages. If you don’t see one that meets your requirements we can provide a tailor-made package designed to match your specific needs and your budget.

 

Service Fees

This basic service fee will keep your website fully operational. The basic service fee does not include any time allowance for work done on your website (this is included under the Maintenance Fee package below). The service fee is payable on a monthly basis for the duration you keep your website with 3 Legs Ltd and will cover such things as:

  • Domain Name Registrations (If applicable)
  • Hosting (If applicable)
  • Security-Payment Service Fees (If applicable)
  • SearchSense Service Fees (If applicable)
  • Xpress Web Technology Service Fees (If applicable)
Technical Support
Selected services from 3 Legs Ltd include technical support as part of the monthly fee. This support is provided via the support section of the appropriate website, email or telephone. Any technical support not covered by the terms of the given service are payable at our standard hourly rate.
Maintenance Fees

Modification and alterations to your website are payable at a standard hourly rate or by quotation. If a large amount of changes are required to your website and/or website design 3Leg.com will provide a quotation for the job. Unless otherwise stated, work undertaken on your website will be payable at our standard website or programming hourly rate. Website maintenance is charged at an hourly rate and all hourly services are billed in 15-minute increments. From the initial request we aim to process basic website updates within 3 working days.

Maintenance Contracts
If your website requires a series of updates or modifications on a regular basis over a set period of time which are critical to your daily business or it has custom programming then we recommend you set up a maintenance agreement tailored to your specific needs. Such agreements will contain specific service levels for your website and details of how you can contact us out of office hours.
